Refund and Returns Policy

For books ordered directly from this website, please note that signed paperback and paperback books are non-refundable upon being shipped. If you wish to get a refund before the order has shipped, please contact us as soon as possible.

Digital eBooks can only be refunded if there is a technical issue with the file within 7 days of purchase. If you encounter a technical issue with your eBook file, please contact us immediately with your order details and a description of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the issue or issue a refund if necessary.

Please note that we cannot issue refunds for digital eBooks if the issue is due to user error, such as incorrect download or installation procedures.
